Every year there are local children who need school supplies to start their school year off right. We will be collecting school supplies again this year to benefit a local school in need. For every item brought into the store during this time – you’ll receive an entry for a chance to win a DeFrance gift certificate! So help us collect as much as we can!

Reading is one of Porsha’s favorite hobbies. Even though she’s turning 13 years old this summer… her reading comprehension has not quite caught up to her age… That’s why she loves the great selection of children’s books in vendor #7’s booth. They’re perfect for her!

 

June 25th
1pm-2pm, Complimentary
Learn the ins and outs of the Maison Blanche Furniture Paint line and get all your furniture painting questions answered. Feel free to stop by for 5 minutes or an hour!

June 28th
6:30pm-8:30pm, $75
You will paint, distress and wax your own piece of furniture that you bring into the store. It must be a small piece so that you’ll be able to completely finish the piece that evening. This is a great way to become familiar with all the products we carry and practice using different techniques.

It’s rainy today and Porsha decided to sleep in at home all snug in her bed. So Pierre has chosen to showcase these beautiful hand carved spoons from Vendor #82. If you’ve been to the store recently, you may have seen David carving these beauties out on our porch. Well he’s made his way into the store and has his spoons on permanent display up at the front!

June 28th
6:30pm-8:30pm, $75
Attendees will bring in a small piece of furniture to paint themselves. The furniture pieces must be small enough to be carried in yourself (side table, side chair, night stand…). You will learn how to paint, distress and wax your own piece using the Maison Blanche Furniture Paint line of products.

Vendor #61 has brought in a bunch of cool and unique pillows. They’re $20 each and have lot’s of different designs. I mean… who wouldn’t want a pillow of a koala bear dressed like he’s about to sell you some home owner’s insurance? It’s no secret… that one’s Porsha’s favorite.

Tired of the traditional picnic table? These high top tables are a pretty cool alternative! At $295 each these would look great on your patio. Unfortunately, Porsha’s legs don’t quite reach the built-in foot rests but that didn’t stop her from popping a squat anyway.
