February Market and Chili Cookoff
February 11th, 2023, 9 am-2 pm
Join us every 2nd Saturday of the month from September to May and meet with local vendors, artists and crafters as they display their one-of-a-kind creations, re-purposed items, jewelry, clothing, shabby chic furniture, art, yummy food and much more. Join us for great finds inside the store as well!
Got a favorite chili recipe? Enter our annual chili cookoff during our February Market and win bragging rights for the year.
Saturday Market and Strawberry Festival
March 18th, 2023, 9am – 2pm
This is one of our biggest events for the year! Every spring we host an event to showcase our local artisans, crafters and DIYers. Vendors from all over will fill their booths with a marvelous assortment of re-purposed, re-cycled and re-imagined treasures including furniture, antiques, jewelry, vintage decor and handmade items. Celebrate the beautiful spring season with us and enjoy the one-of-a-kind finds, great food, and featured vendors from all over the Emerald Coast.
JunkFest and Flea Market Flip
April 15th, 2023, 9am-2pm
We are excited to host “JunkFest” twice a year! This event is similar to our 2nd Saturday Markets, but will be filled with everything and anything! This pickers paradise of sorts is the perfect event to attend to score some great deals and cool finds. The event will be filled with all of the “project pieces” that our vendors bought and never had the time to get around to doing. Dig through all the overflow from their booth and sift through the “junk” they bring out.
We will also host our own version of “Flea Market Flip” Contestants bring pieces that they have re-imagined, repainted, re-purposed into something new. The pieces are for sale and customers will vote for various categories. Winners will receive gift certificates from local businesses.

Holiday Market
November 11th, 2023, 9am – 2pm
DeFrance will be hosting our annual Holiday Market on Saturday, November 11th from 9:00am-2:00pm. There will be a wide array of vendors with Christmas Décor, Jewelry, Home Décor, Christmas gift ideas, holiday wreaths and so much more. Be sure to stop by and get a jump start on your holiday shopping.
